I'm with American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez on this one, as I also don't know very much about Cheryl Cole.
Cheryl Cole is the newest judge to join the X Factor team, so I did some research to find out more about her.
I have learned, Cole has music, television, and a criminal record among her credits.
Cheryl Cole was a judge on the British X Factor in 2008 and 2009, mentoring the female X Factor contestants in 2010.
The X Factor guru Simon Cowell says she is the best he's ever worked with. I certainly hope so.
She has worked in the music industry with the likes of Will.i.am, Fraser T. Smith, and Syience.
Cheryl Cole is probably best known for her single 3 Words
or Fight for this Love.
This X Factor judge also has a criminal record. In 2003 she was involved in an altercation with a nightclub toilet attendant. She was charged with racially aggravated assault and assault with bodily harm. She was only charged with the assault with bodily harm charge.
Hopefully the next confirmed X Factor judge will be someone a little more known. We'll see.
