Who Will Judge The X Factor?

So many rumors and speculations going around about the X Factor Judges.  Who will they be?

Simon Cowell has announced at least one judge.  LA Reid, born Antonio Aaron Reid is a confirmed X Factor judge.

LA is a 54 year old, 3 time Grammy Award winning record executive, song writer, record producer, and an all around interesting man according to Simon Cowell.

Reid has helped the likes of Pink, Mariah Carey, Justin Bieber, Usher, and many more.

So Simon has 1 outstanding judge for his American version of the X Factor, but who will join the judges panel?

From what I've been reading, Cheryl Cole was a rumor as a possible judge on X Factor, but Simon Cowell stated in an interview, that he has to have Americans on the show.

If that interview is true, then why rumors of Nicki Minaj becoming an X Factor judge are around?  She was born in Trinidad.

Still others speculate Paula Abdul will join the X Factor judges panel.  I think that's a great idea!  Simon and Paula back together again!
