The National Institute on Deafness and other Communication Disorders have a Distorted Tunes Test.

You need either QuickTime or Windows Media Player.  You listen to the tune and mark if the tune was played correctly or not.

There are 26 tunes in all.  After you hit the submit, you will get your score.
